dude they went back on sale at 3
I have learnt if tickets sell out quick try again throughout the day cos they usually come back on sale when cards get refused or they recount what they have
I will keep an eye out for you neat beats
and keep an eye on their forum they usually spring spares nearer the time
scarlet mist is another good place to keep an eye on
Cheers, yeah I do use Scarlet Mist but I'm as gutted as I can remember to miss this one. f*ck, f*ck, f*ck. Thought i'd done everything right. I'll probably even go up on the day and try if said avenues bare no fruit.

Ok i've had to shell £45 on it on ebay but actually I think it's still good value. Would have gone a fair bit more. I don't think this is one to miss.

I CANNOT BLOODY WELL WAIT FOR THE NEW ALBUM

Was at Crystal Stilts at The Luminaire last night. Just in front of me was a girl in a Cribs jacket which I thought was rather decent value and then I noticed the bloke next to her was fe*kin Ryan Jarman. Clearly I realised it must be Kate Nash in the jacket? In my drunken haze I decided I had to tell Mr Jarman that I thought Mens Needs' was the best album of the last 10 years so I "Went in" with all guns blazing
As I arrived they were just about to snog (though I believe, not because they saw me approaching
. Cue untold apologies for interrupting such enjoyable fayre but nonetheless I got my congratulations in. Very sweet actually they seemed totally into each other.

my god what a day
found out last night that a forumer on cribs had a spare to the XFM radio session for today so nabbed that when no one else could go, very odd watching the band through a glass window was like watching lemars at a zoo. They only played four songs although they werent happy with cheat on me so did it again, but it was such an unique experience I am still not sure what to make of it. I had to ask my question out on air for Johnny Marr to answer - omg Johnny freaking Marr answered my question. Anyway was over all to quick was a great little set and all three of my favourite songs from the album were played with Cheat on me, city of bugs and we share the same skies, the older one they played was I've tried everything.
They came out briefly after most people had been herded out but I needed the loo so hadnt gone, so got to chat to them and I did actually manage to string a sentance together I am so proud of myself
Johnny Marr I met him
he said I looked like a Melissa but remembered my name on the way out and said goodbye
I squee'd like a girl as soon as I walked out the door
But also found out today that tickets for Barfly gig on Sunday had gone on sale literally just before I left so managed to nab them so yayayayayaya I see them on Sunday
life is good

Barfly gig was wicked
loudest sing alongs I have ever heard at that venue
I was very thankful there was a barrier after a 300 mile journey back no sleep and lots of hard work it was about all that kept me upright during the gig and I am still surprised I made it home without an arm or a leg giving up and leaving me to go sleep in a gutter somewhere
The new album Ignore the Ignorant is out this week and I have to say its already one of my favourites
City of Bugs is such an amazing tune
Offline
It dosent compare to mens needs, that was near flawless and i was disappointed in that but still Ignore the ignorant is fantastic im my eyes, the rhythm guitar definately changes the sound though.
Offline
if you listen you will hear that Johnny and Ryan swap lead guitar throughout the songs
also I struggled with Mens Needs it left me untouched until I heard the new songs
this album for me has got me near enough from first listen
however I do think for the majority it will be a grower not an immediate love
