21st August is an outside gig on a Saturday, and free I think. The event goes 12pm to 8pm I think so plenty of time to get home places. Forbury Gardens is right next to the station.

Go to events and click 21st for more on the pirates gig. Short summary, they are on at 7pm and it's free.

this has cahnged, it's now in the Oakford opposite the station. Due to rain. And they are probably on earlier than 7pm, still U18s allowed before 7pm

Confirmation of much fun had. Slightly older crowd than i'd noticed at previous outings I thought. Loved the little band room at said pub. Don't remember any new songs that i'd not heard before and was slightly expecting to on a "new album on the way" basis. Maybe that means they are settled with what they have and it really is on the way soon. Anyway the highest quality as usual, a friend who I drag to many a gig says they are definately her fave of the lot. Good taste clearly. Incidently saw Lovvers at the same venue the next night. really good but not P&TP good.

I do like the Bull and Gate
was tempted to try my luck and go along as I was too ill to get to Liverpool but ruled it out due to feeling like death
glad it was good
am interested to see what they deliver
and of course a delivery date on this album
