I have bought a ticket
whether I will make it or not is another matter seeing as I have chucked most of the tickets I have bought this year in the bin for one reason or another

Agreed. So looking forward to this gig. The Charlatans/ Shaun Ryder tonight is merely all things "hors d'oeuvres" ![]()

ah Jen I failed to do you proud
lasted about an hour before giving up and coming home
band due on about now meaning my friend would have to leave before they even hit the stage
so we decided not to torture ourselves and put an end to the night
however been a fantastic week all in all so I am not complaining
hope Neat Beats and Dan have a great time, cant wait to hear the reviews ![]()

Such a shame you couldn't make it into "pumpkin" territory. It was up there amongst the best atmosphere's i've seen for P&TP thus far. A friend, who's seen about 4 or 5 of their gigs said it was the best. The late start at least meant everyone was up for it (on an alcaholic basis) . Easier to say what wasn't played. Motorbike, Washing Powder, Knife
, Jennifer, spring to mind.
They played a new song which was well done. I'm sure a little more could be done on this site to let us know start times. It was a pain to have to get there so early.
Great performance. They seemed pretty confident, Tom crowd surfed still playing a bit of guitar. Quality and v much worth waiting till 12 for. Looking forward to The Watershed.

yes! that is what I like to hear
I did consider it but thought it rude to abandon my friend this time when she had made the effort to join me
if we had known what the times were we could have made other arrangements and I would have gone alone but alas not to be
shame as this keeps happening
have fun at the watershed
seems very odd to know a gig is happening around the corner from my work and I will be taking the day off to go to Notts
guess I will be waiting till the new year to see them again

That's not "odd" it's just commonal garden "really f*cking annoying" territory. ![]()

I was surprised about how late the gig started as well, but yes it was worth the wait. First time i've seen raving/moshing by a good few people at a PATP gig. Only bad thing about the venue was the drink prices but apart from that a good night. ![]()

The video quality isn't the greatest but it gives you an idea of the gig's atmosphere.
