I can't help it I know great music when I experience it. Pete & the Pirates at Dog & Duck (D&D) Pub last year was a great show indeed and great time.
In fact there's a wedding next month and PNTP may be partly responsible based from the great time PNTP influenced us, a 25+ year buddy friendship who met-up with his soon to be wife just before this gig, at D&D. Later that evening they ended up spending a night or two in the hospital when he 'the dee-da-dee' friend tried to ride his date on his motorcycle to see Emmylou Harris (day long story). Well all this lead to the demise of one of Austin's most oldest & eligible bachelors who's front yard looks at the state capital on S. Congress.
Anyways, I believe in sharing what's worth's sharing. We all can get inspiration and/or learn from another or to stay away if you have any since.
Want more inspiration check out another band I wish would return to Austin, Sarah Borges & Broken Singles (find them on youtube).
Anyways - All I want to know is - are you coming back to Austin for 2012?
...and you to realize your music reaches much further than you think (I think) LOL!
You Guys Rock, keep enjoying it, it's obvious you do, and we do too!
